First Steps

- Confirm the booking with AzureLIVE Representative to allow it to be blocked off on the Calendar
- Make Payment to AzureLIVE BONDED ACCOUNT (Where it remains, in trust, until successful completion of the rental)
- Collect Keys from AzureLIVE offices before you need them
- Generally keys will be made avaialble the day before a rental, previous rentals permitting
- Service and Support your Customers!
- Return the apartment to the level of cleanliness and state that it was given over in
